The Weekly Informer - 10th November 2009

Welcome to The Weekly Informer
Hello and welcome to the Weekly informer, packed with more rumours and gossip from the world of WWE.
Not an awful lot has happened this week, but as always I’ve cherry-picked the best bits for you.
Mysteri-Woes
Rey Mysterio has revealed that he spent some time in rehab last year following some issues with a legal pain medication.
In his new autobiography Behind The Mask, Mysterio claims the problem started when he suffered a bicep tear, believed to be during the overseas tour around February.
Noble Exit?
Following injuries sustained against Sheamus last week on Raw, Jamie Noble has announced his retirement from WWE.
This has since been published on wwe.com and mentioned on Raw, so chances are it is an angle, but I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
JR Continues to Battle
Good ol’ JR is still embarking on the long road to recovery, and is unsure as to when he will be able to return.
It has been suggested that if and when he does return it may be to a limited commentary schedule, or perhaps involvement in other WWE departments instead.
Mr. TNA… TNA?
Ken Anderson (Aka Mr. Kennedy) has revealed how unhappy he was with the WWE before his recent departure.
He claims that he wasn’t used to his full potential during his 3 year tenure with the WWE, and now aims to show Vince and Co the error of their ways with a rival promotion.
Kennedy has expressed an interest in TNA since leaving the WWE, but currently holds the World title in Nu-Wrestling Evolution, a European promotion made famous by former WWE star Rikishi and the promotion of choice for a plethora of WWE outcasts.
Hall of Fame Speculation
With Wrestlemania XXVI just over 5 months away speculation over who might make the Hall of Fame has already begun.
Suggestions include Legion Of Doom, Demolition and the Honky Tonk Man, with much longer odds on Lex Luger and Ultimate Warrior, due to their recent inclusion on the WWE alumni page.
Hulkamania’s Runnin Wild
Speaking of Hall Of Famers, TNA new recruit Hulk Hogan has been quoted as saying he is actively pursuing Randy Savage, Steve Austin and the Nasty Boys to help the fight against WWE.
However, Austin seems extremely unlikely as he is on very good terms with the WWE, has a general dislike of Hogan and Bischoff and is more likely to keep springing up sporadically in the WWE when he needs his next pay cheque.
